BIOGRAPHY

Craig Harrison aka MC Direct climbed his way into the music scene in 1998 under the wing of veteran Drum and Bass DJ Impression. His vocals rendered a new approach towards Drum and Bass and the duo quickly became a favorite amongst the local scene in South Florida. In 2004, Direct headed west to Hollywood, California, where he would further his performance and artistic abilities as well as his knowledge of the music industry. He attended the Institute of Hollywood for independant music marketing and UCLA extension courses for music business. He has performed and sang lead vocals for various bands in different genres ranging from reggae to alternative rock. He also has a lot of experience in touring, both regionally and nationally. After four and one half years of learning, growing, touring, and performing, Craig now returns to his home town of West Palm Beach, Florida. Now home he has joined forces with FUSION and the Urban Chemistry Recordings team to work on some fresh new material. He plans to apply what he has learned to create a unique and refreshing sound for the global Drum and Bass scene.
