RETURN POLICY

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS:
The risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered transactions pass to the purchaser upon successful transmission. As such, all sales and charges from those sales are nonrefundable upon checkout. However, we recognize that there are certain situations which may warrant a refund including but not limited to; non-receipt of order, incorrect charges, or unauthorized charges.
After a track has been successfully downloaded it will be temporarily available for an additional 12 hours. During this time feel free to reattempt the download of any track(s) that may have been damaged or cut short during delivery up to a total of 4 times.
Refunds for unauthorized charges must be requested within 120 days of the original transaction date. Refunds will be issued to the originating account for the cost of any tracks, WAV handling fees, and taxes associated with the order. Currency conversion fees, overdraft fees, and any additional charges assessed by the cardholder's financial institution are excluded from the refund and must be handled by the issuing financial institution.
We will promptly issue store credit for any files which are found to be faulty. In these cases we ask that you provide us with the following information so that we can process your request:

1. Order number
2. Track information (name and item number)
3. Time that the issue occurs in the track

After verifying the track error we will issue a credit for you to use on your UCR account for the track plus any additional fees (such as tax and WAV handling). The updated track will then be available for you to download.
Our Customer Service Dept. may also reset downloads from recent orders if they fail. Please send an email to contact@ucrecordings.com  We ask that you note your order number, as well as all pertinent track information to request a reset.

TANGABLE PRODUCTS: (CD’s, RECORDS & OTHER MERCHANDISE)
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number. Email us at contact@ucrecordings.com to obtain a return number. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.
We require the following information to process your return:

Any package that has not been received by contact@ucrecordings.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Urban Chemistry Recordings is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. You will be offered a choice to wait for the item to be restocked or to have an immediate credit issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.  In the event that an item will no longer be restocked or supplied, an immediate credit will be offered to the above form of payment will be offered.   

SHIPPING CHARGES:
All charges for shipping are selected during the time of check out and payment.  You have the ability to choose from a variety of different shipping options and the costs.  The total shipping charge is added then added to the purchase.
